Product Manager, Workforce Management, Platform Responsibility

Responsibilities

Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth.

Responsibilities
- Deliver business outcomes: Define WFM strategy and solutions to achieve supply-demand balance and cost objectives.
- Product design: Conduct deep business/process research, produce high-quality PRDs, workflows, and prototypes to ship from 0→1 or iterate existing systems.
- Cross-functional project leadership: Independently own cross-team initiatives (ops, eng, data, Ops), drive releases, adoption, and iterative improvements.
- Metrics & data: Build and maintain KPI frameworks (e.g., workforce efficiency, completion rate, cost, etc.), use SQL and correlation analysis to diagnose issues and recommend optimizations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, specialising in trust & safety, platform integrity, abuse prevention, or related domains.
- Familiar with end-to-end workforce management - demand forecasting, HC plan, scheduling algorithms, onsite, and cost management.
- Strong logical thinking and data-driven decision making; proficient in SQL and metrics decomposition.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with supply-demand optimization or operations research techniques.
- Hands-on experience building or operating large-scale WFM systems.
- Prior experience in large-scale content moderation platforms.
