Product Manager, Photo Safety, Platform Responsibility
Responsibilities
About the Team
As a product manager on our Platform Responsibility team, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to build safety product features and strategies. You will be working on safety features, technical strategies to improve our trust and safety processes, as well as methods to detect and address risky behaviors and actors in the community. You will also work on project management to deliver major product changes. Travel between our global offices is expected.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex projects independently, define the safety product roadmap, set success metrics that inform the success of safety efforts, and partner across the organization to develop action plans;
- Focus on mitigating risks associated with photo-text posts while balancing risk coverage and enhancing creator experiences;

- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, operations as well as cross-functional partners, to establish a workflow to critically analyze, prioritize, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success;
- Develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration, manage large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of product management experience in Consumer-Facing mobile or web Internet companies.
- Strong project management and communication skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders in different timezones and influence global cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in designing data-driven product strategies grounded in analysis, experimentation, and performance metrics.
- Skilled in interpreting data signals to inform backend logic and system architecture decisions, with hands-on experience optimizing models to improve system efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
- Adept at partnering with engineering and data science teams to align technical improvements with overall product direction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Trust and Safety and understanding the landscape and new policy development and implementation.
- Experience working on AI-related projects or products.
- Familiar with agile development methodologies, product management frameworks and algorithms.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating large-scale projects.
- Experience of working with global partners.
