Product Manager, LIVE Safety, Platform Responsibility

About the Team
Our team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language and multimodal models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy for LIVE safety, building systems and features that protect content integrity, safeguard creators, and ensure a high-quality, trustworthy experience for LIVE audiences at scale.
- Define and drive the LIVE safety product roadmap, from ideation through iteration. Establish clear success metrics to measure safety effectiveness, user experience impact, and operational efficiency.
- Leverage qualitative insights and quantitative data to identify safety risks, abuse patterns, and system gaps. Use metrics and experimentation to inform prioritization and make sound product decisions.
- Lead the full product development lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, data science, operations, and policy teams. Communicate trade-offs, align stakeholders, and drive successful launches across complex, fast-moving environments.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, specialising in trust & safety, platform integrity, abuse prevention, or related domains.
- Experience working with LIVE, creator ecosystems, or user-generated content platforms, including the unique safety and operational challenges they present.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to identify problems, evaluate trade-offs, and drive product decisions; experience defining and owning safety or quality KPIs.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces, balancing speed, risk, and user experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Trust & Safety, LIVE moderation, or creator protection products at scale.
- Familiarity with real-time enforcement mechanisms, such as live moderation workflows, latency-sensitive detection systems, or intervention tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven detection or recommendation systems, including an understanding of their limitations in adversarial or real-time contexts.
