The TikTok Content and Service Ads team, within the TikTok Monetization Product organization, is seeking a Product Leader to define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative advertising products serving web advertisers and travel and entertainment clients.

Our mission is to establish TikTok as the premier advertising platform for these verticals by delivering scalable, data-driven product solutions that accelerate advertiser growth, maximize performance, and create long-term business value.

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Web Ads and Open-Loop E-Commerce advertising solutions across travel, entertainment, and web advertiser segments.
- Own business outcomes, including revenue growth, advertiser satisfaction, retention, and overall platform adoption, while ensuring sustainable and scalable product development.
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing product management teams, fostering a culture of innovation, customer obsession, operational excellence, and accountability.

- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align product investments with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Drive the development of highly scalable machine learning-powered advertising products that improve advertiser performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, design, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver end-to-end product solutions from concept through launch and continuous optimization.
- Establish frameworks for identifying market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging industry trends, translating insights into impactful product strategies.
- Champion advertiser-centric innovation by developing advanced targeting, optimization, attribution, measurement, and product-matching capabilities.
- Ensure products adhere to evolving privacy regulations and industry standards while promoting responsible and effective use of advertising signals.
- Foster strong partnerships across Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Insights, and other platform teams to unlock new capabilities and improve advertising performance globally.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the travel, entertainment, and web advertising ecosystem, influencing product direction across the broader monetization organization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including significant experience leading advertising technology products and teams.
- Demonstrated success defining product vision, strategy, and execution for large-scale advertising, monetization, or machine learning-driven products.
- Deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, preferably including ad delivery, targeting, attribution, optimization, and measurement systems.
- Strong understanding of the travel, entertainment, and/or web advertising industries and their evolving business needs.
- Experience leading global cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, data science, sales, operations, and business teams.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, Master's degree, or other advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience leading product organizations in a fast-growing technology company or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of web advertiser needs, performance marketing, and e-commerce advertising solutions.
- Experience scaling international advertising products across multiple markets and regions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational alignment and influence company-wide product strategy.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $228000 - $492800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
