Product Manager, Ads Agent

Responsibilities

Team Overview:
The team builds the TikTok AI Ad Agent by leveraging AI capabilities to help advertisers run ads with greater ease, confidence, and effectiveness - reducing cognitive, decision, and execution costs across the advertising journey, and eventually driving better platform outcomes

Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy and development for TikTok AI Ad Agent, building capabilities across ad creation & optimization, issue diagnosis, and marketing decision guidance
- Design AI-powered product experiences that integrate data, models, and advertising workflows
- Deeply understand advertiser pain points across the advertising journey and translate them into AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineering, ML, data science, and operations teams to launch and iterate AI Agent capabilities
- Define evaluation frameworks and success metrics to continuously improve advertiser value and business impact

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product or related experience; experience in advertising products, search/recommendation systems, AI products, or AI evaluation is a plus. We are not limited to traditional product backgrounds and welcome candidates with hands-on experience in building AI products or conducting AI experiments.
- Strong interest in AI product paradigms and agent-based systems, with an AI-native mindset and the ability to leverage AI technologies to rapidly prototype, build, and iterate product solutions.
- Good understanding of advertising workflows, advertiser needs, or marketing decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills with the ability to drive complex cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, ML, and business teams

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151200 - $295200 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
