TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
-Platform Product Design & Delivery: Assist in driving platform product feature development, including requirements gathering, solution design, project execution, and launch.
-Distribution Strategy Product Design: Assist in developing product strategies for intelligent moderation workflows and task assignment/distribution, with the goal of improving operational efficiency and quality.
-AI Capability Productization: Assist in integrating AI capabilities into platform product development, supporting the integration and application of various AI models (e.g., LLMs) within the platform.
-Data Capability Building: Assist in defining key business metrics frameworks, data definitions, and attribution logic; support the development of real-time dashboards and metric attribution dashboards.
-Project Management: Track progress on key projects and collaborate with engineering, algorithm, operations, and policy teams to drive on-schedule delivery.
-Daily Operations: Support day-to-day platform management, configuration, strategy analysis, case analysis, and performance evaluation to help improve refined operational capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's program or above, majors in Computer Science, Information Management, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related fields preferred;
- Language & Collaboration: Working languages are Chinese and English; Proficiency in Chinese is required primarily to facilitate coordination and communication with Chinese counterpart partners.
- Eperience supporting cross-regional collaboration is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest & Direction: Genuine interest in internet platform governance, content safety, strategy products, or AI applications; strong sense of responsibility and intellectual curiosity.
- Core Skills: Strong logical analysis, structured thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to break down complex problems and drive execution; excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements, solutions, and conclusions.
- Internship/Project Experience: Prior internship or project experience in product, strategy, operations, data analytics, or AI exploration is a plus.
