Partner Operation Manager, AI Data Service Operations
Responsibilities
About the Team
The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.
What will I do?
As a Partner Operation Manager, you will lead the strategic and day-to-day execution of outsourced partner and vendor operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous innovation. You will translate broader business objectives into measurable performance frameworks, manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and establish robust governance models to mitigate risks and ensure contractual compliance. Additionally, you will build, coach, and develop a high-performing team to drive operational excellence, process improvement, and value-driven outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for ensuring AI Data Labeling program/project is successful through strong service delivery of core SLAs/KPIs/goals (Productivity, Quality, Latency, Wellness, etc).
- You will be responsible for holding the partner/vendor site accountable and helping a set clear path towards operational excellence.
- You will be responsible for managing complex vendor and internal stakeholder relationships and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to budget and accurate financial accounting of vendor partner production, training, and other expenses.
- You will be responsible for platform housekeeping and Permission Management: Resources management to ensure resources accounts are good to use and remove for project start and end; Control the permission to platform, and solve queue permission issues, if any.
- You will be responsible for doing research on the market and language to better understand and manage specific projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing outsourced partner relationships along with people management experience
- Proven ability in Operations Management along with experience in large-scale operations working across or coordinating with multiple domains and business units

- Proven ability in Program Management, Large scale transformation project experience along with experience in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously and effectively, and efficiently prioritizing and meeting deadlines
- Proven experience in operational excellence and ability to focus on continuous improvement by re-engineering site-level processes as needed (i.e. wfm, floor management, workload prioritization, etc.)
- Proven ability to articulate business performance and any remediation plans to an executive level.
- Strong oral and written communication along with proven ability to influence skills to be able to navigate a global organization, influence stakeholders, and affect outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in data analysis to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Capable of conducting problem analysis and implementing effective solutions.
- Well-developed analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends.
- Experience in setting goals and executing implementation plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience in labeling / data annotation /AI data operations
