About Video Creation Team:
The TikTok Intelligent Creation team, part of the TikTok engineering organization, is an international R&D group tasked with building creative capabilities for TikTok. We're dedicated to productizing AI and multimedia technologies to create world-class creation experiences for TikTok users. Our tech stack includes front-end, back-end, mobile, and desktop development, as well as multimedia technologies like audio/video processing and AR effects, in addition to vision and graphic algorithms. Our team spans major cities in China(Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou etc), Singapore, as well as the United States(San Jose, Seattle, and Los Angeles etc). We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product/design and other engineering teams to define a world-class video creation experience.
- Design and implement user-facing features of TikTok video creation software using the latest technology.
- Build reusable software components with robust code and clear documentation, and deliver high quality work.
- Analyze and optimize Android/iOS applications for quality, efficiency, and performance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Undergraduate in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Solid foundation in computer science. Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Have a good foundation in languages such as Java / C++ / Swift / Objective-C.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
