Responsibilities
- Support daily monitoring and investigation of seller and product risk cases across Southeast Asia (SEA) markets, including escalations, case reviews, and identification of similar or high-risk sellers and listings, with AI tools used where helpful to improve efficiency.
- Assist in handling urgent and high-visibility cases, such as government recalls, PR issues, and other high-risk situations, and help coordinate timely follow-up actions.
- Support day-to-day operational work, including escalated case reviews, configuration updates, and process troubleshooting.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and summaries on case status, risk trends, and market comparisons to support team reviews and leadership updates; help document and improve internal workflows and SOPs, using AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Support the development and improvement of agentic tools and workflows by validating cases, refining logic, and carrying out iterations to improve accuracy and performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on investigative tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or SQL.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience in e-commerce or technology-related roles or prior exposure as an online seller or listing on platforms.
- Interest in platform governance, risk, or operational policy.
- Keen interest in AI is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
