Responsibilities

The Scaled Growth team helps businesses and brands of all sizes succeed on TikTok, delivering efficient, repeatable sales and service programs so advertisers can learn, launch, and optimize campaigns with confidence.

We pair operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-first approach, expanding access to TikTok's tools and products for businesses working toward their marketing goals. You will drive meaningful growth for advertisers at scale.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for EMEA large Indie Agency acquisition and onboarding.
- Achieve sales targets and execute efficiently to achieve pipeline goals.
- Drive new Large Indie Agency partnerships through navigating through agency's complex organization.
- Proactively build and maintain good relationships with Large Indie Agencies and platform partners to help enhance the company's brand and industry influence. Take the initiative to identify new cooperation opportunities in the industry and promote business development.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure that business development aligns with the cutting-edge direction of AI technology and user acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Experience in business development in Indie Agency or digital advertising business.
- English speaker with excellent communication and expression skills.
- Strong ability to develop new customers and markets.
- Strong resistance and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
- Strong self-motivation, result-oriented, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
- This role covers the DACH region and/or Turkey, excellent communication skills and fluency in German and/or Turkish are essential for the success of this role.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Sound analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Comfortable with revenue targets.
- A genuine passion for small business.
- Successful cases of new customer and market development.
- Basic knowledge or experience with TikTok monetization solutions as a plus.
