About the team
Fashion Category team is responsible for driving the overall growth, competitiveness, and health of the fashion business on TikTok Shop. This includes managing the entire category ecosystem-from managing seller and assortment strategy to stock, content supply, campaigns participation, and competitive positioning.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

About this role
This role will support the Fashion Category team by taking ownership of several operational and analytical workstreams that, while smaller in scope, contribute meaningfully to the category's overall performance and business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key sellers and brands.
- Improve product assortment, availability, pricing, and competitiveness.
- Drive GMV through campaigns, promotions, livestreams, affiliates, and creator collaborations.
- Monitor category performance, seller metrics, customer trends, and market competition.
- Support sellers in developing business plans and implementing performance improvement actions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or any related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
3. Business communication skills in Chinese to communicate with Chinese sellers/stakeholders
4. Strong in written and communication skills in English as the main working language
5. Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with both internal and cross functional teams.
6. Possess good analytical thinking skills

1. Self driven, detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
2. Ambitious, resilient, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable on taking ownership of assigned projects
3. Structured and critical thinkers, able to analyze complex problems, identify key insights, and translate data into clear, actionable solutions.
