Responsibilities

Team Intro
The Monetization Product Operations (MPO) is responsible for Customer Support and Tools & Workflows within Product Strategy & Operations team. Its mission is to provide Best in class advertising experience by ensuring excellence in customer service and streamlining process & tools to ensure smooth operations. The team collaborates with Sales to provide post-sales support and works closely with product team on product improvement through feature requests and management of bugs.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for data analytics on the performance side
- Analyze the factors that affect the improvement and growth of various products, and formulate reasonable goals and plan actions based on business direction
- Cooperate with the investigation team/product team to promote the target alignment and implementation action plan of influencing factors
- Understand business logic and requirements, break down business logic and requirements into an easy-to-use data analytics framework and metric system, produce data dashboards and analysis conclusions, and effectively monitor business situations
- Problem decomposition and attribution should be comprehensively focused on from multiple dimensions such as business lines to product and R & D operations. Through multi-layer data analysis, drill down and disassemble, and finally fall into the business to improve basic problems and self-diagnosis capabilities. Establish an SLA mechanism for product and R & D operations, break down information barriers, reduce problem frequency, and reduce ticket problems
