Creator Operations Intern (TikTok Shop Spain) - 2027 Summer

We are looking for an intern who is enthusiastic about joining us to establish TikTok Shop as one of the most effective monetization strategies for Spanish creators.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Ownership of increasing the number of creators and creator agency partnerships with key results and driving high-quality growth in TikTok Commerce.
- Ownership for community channel management via lark group, instant messaging and other approaches to conduct creator management activities & partner education.
- Great communication skills, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with creators and deliver daily support with strong user-driven mindset;
- Assist in conducting & tracking creator campaign & promotional activities; Analyze performance trends, distilling insights that help to improve our creator campaigns;
- Will help the team operate simple OBS livestream, production, and camera-work. Help the team manage branded and creator initiated livestreams for our top creators and celebs.
- Campaign & promotional activities support.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently studying a Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or any similar field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Spanish, to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Fast learner and hands-on oriented-able to move things forward
- Good interpersonal skills and and analytical skills
- Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming

Preferred Qualifications:
- Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, can work in a fast paced environment.
- Internship experience in large Commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies is a plus
- Good understanding of the Commerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
