About the team
As Monetization Product Operations (MPO), our goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions by designing and scaling support processes to resolve technical issues within our product. We're a global team with regional hubs in the US, Singapore, China, Israel, and London, and we're expanding to more hubs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the PM and RD teams to jointly develop the SOP for issue troubleshooting in the non-China commercialized Product scenario. The SOP shall include, but not be limited to, issue classification and root cause definition, outlier definition for issues, and solution strategies. Continuously update the SOP based on product iterations and customer feedback, and confirm the implementation mechanism with the TPS and QA teams to ensure the efficiency and quality of issue resolution.
- Work with the QA and TPS teams to formulate ticket classification standards and handling/transfer mechanisms, ensuring that priority issues are resolved efficiently.

- Conduct drill-down data analysis, build a diagnostic decision tree based on the root cause analysis, and drive the development of automated troubleshooting tools and intelligent diagnostic capabilities.
- Gain in-depth understanding of TikTok Advertising products and issue troubleshooting processes, oversee the end-to-end process of issue localization and resolution, analyze the factors affecting issue handling efficiency, and propose optimization suggestions to improve resolution efficiency.
- Summarize, organize, and analyze all tickets, identify high-frequency product issues, analyze the root causes of these issues, and drive the product and R&D teams to jointly develop strategies for optimization and iteration, thereby reducing the incidence of such issues.
- Establish regular alignment mechanisms with the PM and RD teams, and participate in their monthly/quarterly meetings.
Qualifications
Minimun Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in product operations.
- Strong sense of innovation, clear logical thinking, and proficient in data analysis. Possess strong project promotion capabilities, as well as experience in cross-team collaboration and project management.
- High self-motivation, strong learning ability
- High enthusiasm for experience-oriented operations, recognize the value of experience-oriented operations, and are willing to commit to it long-term.
Preferred Qualification
-5 years of relevant work experience in product operations.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $180445 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
