Responsibilities
TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them.
With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.

- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential merchant opportunities and assisting with outreach and partnership development.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with merchants and partners, and help understand their business needs to support long-term collaboration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, content, and product to ensure effective project coordination and delivery.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, and support team efforts in campaign optimization and merchant success.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree degree in business management, marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in business development, merchant growth, local services, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
- Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English is required to communicate with internal stakeholders based in English-speaking markets, where English is a primary working language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, project, or campus experience related to sales, marketing, operations, partnerships, or business analysis.
- Familiarity with content platforms, digital marketing, or social media ecosystems is a plus.
