About the Role:
The Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success as a BPM requires strong sales skills, strong partnership with Client Solutions Manager (CSM), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic brand and agency relationships, accountable for revenue attainment, pipeline development, and long-term business growth across priority accounts.
- Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, translating business objectives into full-funnel marketing strategies that leverage TikTok's platform, products, and creative ecosystem.
- Lead senior stakeholder engagement, building trusted relationships with CMOs, VPs, and Directors to influence marketing investment decisions and unlock incremental revenue.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, identifying whitespace opportunities across brands, lines of business, and international markets to expand TikTok's share of wallet.
- Drive consultative sales conversations grounded in data, leveraging performance insights, measurement frameworks, and industry trends to shape client strategy and demonstrate business impact.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Creative, Product, Measurement, Operations) to deliver best-in-class solutions, ensuring seamless execution and alignment to client goals.
- Lead business reviews and executive storytelling, clearly articulating performance, insights, and forward-looking opportunities to drive continued investment.
- Navigate complex organizational dynamics, both internally and externally, to remove blockers, accelerate decision-making, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Champion innovation and new product adoption, bringing emerging solutions (e.g., commerce, measurement, creative formats) to market and scaling them across your portfolio.
- Contribute to vertical and market strategy, sharing insights, codifying best practices, and elevating learnings to shape broader go-to-market approaches.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or marketing, with a focus on brand and/or performance-driven solutions.
- Proven track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets within a portfolio of enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Experience managing and growing senior client relationships, including engagement with Director and C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and business outcomes for clients.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to deliver client solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at a leading digital media platform or agency in a client-facing, revenue-driving role.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including auction dynamics, measurement (MTA, incrementality), and full-funnel media strategy.
- Ability to lead complex, consultative sales cycles, influencing both brand and performance investment decisions.
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into compelling narratives.
- Experience in a specific vertical (e.g., Retail, CPG, Auto, Financial Services) with a strong understanding of category dynamics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in a rapidly evolving environment. Demonstrated ability to scale impact beyond individual accounts, contributing to team, vertical, or market-level initiatives.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is CAD $68,572 - CAD $114,000.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, restricted stock units and benefits.

Employees have day one access to extended health, dental, a group registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) with company match issued through a deferred profit sharing plan (DPSP), paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
