Responsibilities

The Brand Partnerships team is responsible for driving new business, helping advertisers meet their performance goals, and building long term relationships with startups and brands in multiple verticals brands across the market. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create an experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands

Main Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Drive growth for the advertising business and the brand partnerships team within specific vertical.
- Work with the senior leadership team to design and implement a sales strategy.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-basedproposals.
- Responsible for leading a team including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management.

Revenue Partnerships
- Establish and manage client relationships with variety of brands.
- Drive deals to closure.
- Retain and grow revenue from advertisers.
- Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales Campaign

Planning and Management.
- Facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finish.
- Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
- Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised to clients' business and problems.

Product Management
- Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients.
- Serve as an external TikTok product consultant.
- Analyse data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and TikTok's marketing solutions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record as a sales Leader.
- Experience in advertising, digital and programmatic sales.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high caliber sales team.
- Demonstrated track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in app monetisation.
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
