Responsibilities

Global Business Solutions is the advertising sales and monetization team within TikTok.
TikTok's Agency Partnership Team are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across the UK and Ireland, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our shared brands.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Management
- Develop strategic, sustainable partnerships across big 6 and Indie agency partners in UKIE
- Build and maintain relationships within the agency C Suite to facilitate action as necessary
- Partner closely with Head of Trading to negotiate Agency trading agreements
- Ensure trading agreements are delivered on, identifying and removing blockers by maintaining a high standard of operational rigour across the agency team.
Agency Enablement
- Develop and launch enablement programs including, but not limited to marketing, measurement, insights, upskilling, and intelligence sharing across all agency stakeholders
- Establish media and beyond-media strategic partnerships
- Support agencies in developing new revenue streams through TikTok services
Ecosystem Partnership
- Identify potential market partners that can enable TikTok's exponential growth
- Establish and oversee strategic partnerships including coordination with internal company stakeholders
- Create partnership best practices that can be shared across other geographies
Leadership
- Lead on people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management
- Represent company in key industry events and trade bodies relevant for the Agency / Media landscape

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Media, Advertising, ideally with a focus on digital and programmatic sales.
- Strong connections and familiarity with UKIE agency ecosystem and advertising market
- Demonstrated track record of leading Sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high calibre sales team

Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network across Big 6 and major indie agencies in UKIE
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
- Ability to work in and navigate a global matrix organization
