Our SMB Account Management Team is responsible for nurturing, growing, and retaining high-potential clients on TikTok for Business. You will partner with clients to understand their business objectives, develop data-backed strategies to improve campaign performance, and proactively identify opportunities for upsell and expansion. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to surface product solutions, deliver best-in-class advisory support, and drive scalable growth. Success in this position requires a passion for understanding our client's business, be solutions-oriented and want to deliver impact at scale.

Responsibilities
- Manage a designated book of business to achieve quarterly revenue & product adoption targets.
- Deepen relationships with assigned advertisers by acting as a trusted strategic partner on campaign planning, optimisation, and growth.
- Analyse performance data to uncover insights and translate them into actionable recommendations that drive ROI and scale.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across TikTok's solutions to drive incremental revenue and product adoption.
- Proactively address client concerns and challenges to maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders (Ads Policy, Finance, Product, etc.)
- Maintain strong account hygiene and pipeline visibility to ensure accurate forecasting and disciplined growth planning.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Account Manager in client success, or digital advertising with a track record of revenue ownership and portfolio growth
- Comfortable working with data (platform dashboards, performance insights) to inform decisions and storytelling
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
- High level of Japanese proficiency and English both oral and written for business communication, organizational prowess, analytical acumen to interpret data and trends effectively, and ability to work with APAC and global partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads platform and other social media advertising tools (e.g. Google, Facebook, Youtube etc.)
- Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across departments to achieve common goals.
