We're looking for a Last Mile Transportation Planner

What You'll Do
- Manage last mile delivery planning for 120-180 stores, ensuring timely, cost-effective execution aligned with service level and budget targets.
- Oversee daily transportation flows using TMS and tracking systems, resolving issues and maintaining delivery compliance.
- Optimize delivery routes and performance using GPS, routing software, and data analytics to reduce costs and improve visibility.
- Align resources with forecasted volumes and lead strategic planning, especially during peak seasons, to support store operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Distribution Services to drive operational improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage escalations, enforce safety compliance, and monitor carrier performance against SLAs.
About You
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, dispatching, or a related field; experience in business or engineering is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred; CITT or P.Log. designation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex variables and develop effective solutions.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across teams.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in TMS, dispatch and fleet management software; experience with WMS and network optimization tools is an asset.
- Experience with Blue Yonder is a great asset.
- Solid computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $60,082.50-$84,115.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
