Job Description:

Accuracy Control Associates ensure operational processes are effectively inspected and merchandise quality checked from a financial and control perspective and that all merchandise movement meets with company standard operating procedures and best practices.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Compiles and maintains quality reports of all audits made for receiving, put-a-ways, profile, replenishments, picking, packing and returns. Ensures that company standard operating procedures ae followed. Ensures merchandise shipped to our customers meets our requirements. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Notifies Operations Supervisor or Area Operations Manager of any incorrect or damaged merchandise issues. Notifies supervisor or Area Operations Manager of any unsafe storage issues. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Basic knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping

• Have working knowledge of Manhattan

• PC literate (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Ability to operate RF equipment where needed

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to climb stairs and / or walk/ stand consistently throughout the day

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Detail oriented and accurate reporting

• Available to work overtime and flexible schedules

• Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision

• Heavy lifting up to 75 pounds

• No corrective actions on file

• Must have good attendance record
