We are seeking a highly experienced and successful Executive Coach to support the growth and development of our senior leaders. The ideal candidate will be effective at coaching executives to enhance their leadership effectiveness, navigate complex challenges, and align personal performance with organizational goals. The candidate will also possess strong program and project management skills. This role requires a deep understanding of executive coaching, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and organizational behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to senior leaders and high-potential talent.
- Collaborate in the design and delivery of customized coaching plans aligned with individual and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate 360-degree feedback and other assessments and interpret results to guide development.
- Coach and support leaders in areas such as strategic thinking, communication, decision-making, and change management.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to integrate coaching into broader talent strategies.
- Track progress and measure the impact of coaching engagements.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical coaching standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (preferably 5+ years) as an executive coach or comparable leadership development role.
- Certification from a recognized coaching organization is preferred (such as PCC level or higher certification from ICF or a similar certification.
- Strong understanding of leadership frameworks, organizational dynamics, and behavioral psychology is helpful.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders.
- Experience administering and interpreting assessment tools (e.g., MBTI, Hogan, DiSC, EQ-i) is a plus.
- Master's degree in organizational psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience coaching in diverse, global, and fast-paced environments is a plus
- Familiarity with digital coaching platforms and tools is a plus.

This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work arrangement. Candidates who live near one of our office locations will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
$104,000 - $156,000
