Overview
Salem State University is seeking a dedicated Trades Manager to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you'll oversee essential campus operations while supporting a collaborative environment that keeps our university community thriving. You'll lead skilled tradespeople, manage projects, and ensure our facilities remain safe and functional for students, faculty, and staff.
Our students come to Salem State University from 38 states and 48 countries and reflect the demographics of the greater Boston community in which we live. We are passionate about providing an experience for them and our fellow staff and faculty, where everyone can feel supported while they explore, learn, and celebrate their identities, similarities, and differences. Required Qualifications
This is an onsite position in Salem, MA with on-campus, in-person responsibilities, which may require occasional work on evenings and weekends. This role requires availability the event of emergency, after hour, and recall situations as needed.
