About the Role:
The Center for Employee Ownership Administrator will support the CEO on the daily operations including, but not limited to:
- EO Advisory board meeting preparation / minutes, including the posting and notification of all Advisory Board meetings and committee meetings.
- Collateral development, such as success stories and educational material.
- Webinar support such as scheduling, technology, RSVP management, promotion, follow-up.
- Support Massachusetts Employee-Owned Campaign.
- Assist with implementation and Support Employee Ownership Ambassador Program.
- Support the implementation of the Stipend Program.
- Mailing Database Maintenance.
- Coordinate with EOED & GOV's Comms regarding events MassCEO is attending.
- Other duties as required.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. The preferred candidate will have some experience with marketing/communications, public policy, and program management.
- Experience working with various project constituencies, including government agencies, citizen and community advocacy groups, private sector businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
- Must have strong computer skills in standard productivity software, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). The preferred candidate will have an interest and some experience in innovative technology, including economic development tools. Canva experience a plus.
- Strong interactive and relationship-building skills with an ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from government officials, the public, and various external stakeholders.
