This role is for a passionate brand leader who thrives on ownership, moves confidently between strategy and execution, and knows how to connect insight, creativity, and commercial impact.

The Opportunity

You will own the brand agenda in Germany and translating global vision into locally relevant ideas that drive growth and build long-term brand love. From integrated campaigns to standout experiences, you will shape how millions of consumers engage with our brand every day.

Your Impact

  • Lead end-to-end brand activation across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Collaborate with our Brand Partners on a local and central level
  • Turn consumer and performance insights into clear growth opportunities
  • Deliver best-in-class campaigns spanning media, digital, experiential, shopper, and sampling
  • Localize global assets while protecting brand integrity and creative excellence
  • Partner across Commercial, RGM, Insights, IMX, Finance, Legal, agencies, and bottlers
  • Track performance, learn fast, and continuously raise the bar

Who You Are

  • An experienced brand manager (6-8 years) with full ownership mindset
  • Experience within Alcoholic Ready to Drink Business and the Spirit Industry
  • Fluent in German and confident working in international, matrixed teams
  • A strategic thinker who loves getting things done
  • Strong communication skills, able to lead through influence and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Data-savvy, creatively ambitious, and commercially grounded
  • Experienced in project management and agency leadership
