Role Responsibilities

To support region Manager and coordinate the activation concept and brand image development in channel, evaluate the performance and enable to deliver the winning model/learning.

Coordinate all the internal stakeholders (National trade Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations) to ensure the effectiveness of the routine communication and execution.

Excellent in promotion, Merchandise, and other events，management to deliver the day to day executions

Budget management and continuous tracking of SC and trade BI spend for agreed projects with fair ROI calculation

Closely monitor the market/competitor performance and give timely feedback and suggestion, support channel sales to be successful.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, up down and laterally across the organization, and to various external constituencies
• Have more than 5 years experience in spirits industry
• language skill ( English)
• bachelor degree
