The Role..
A Project Architect is responsible for project running on one large, or multiple smaller projects simultaneously overseen by the Principal Architect on tasks and deliverables to ensure the successful completion of the project(s). 
They are responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables from concept through to specification and construction documents, with the assistance of junior team memberss. 

Key Responsibilities
Project Based: 
• Producing high quality design work from concept phase to construction packages
• Responsible for an individual project or multiple smaller projects, ensure that design follows SH design and operational standards, and relevant statutory requirements.

• Works closely with the project team following efficient design management processes 
• Ensures project milestones and deadlines are met with the overview of Principal Architect 
• Creates project schedules, design drawings, specifications as required 
• Coordination of all internal and external consultants on a project

Team Management:
• Monitors resources on his/her projects
• Acts as a mentor to their team and helps train the team in SH standards 
• Helps maintaining a general staff well being and a happy and positive work environment

Standards:
• Ensure all design work follows office CAD standards, filings standards and protocols and takes responsibility that the project administration is carried out accordingly, regularly monitors team members adherence to this standards. 
• Ensures projects follow SH operational standards and help keep standards up to date and improved as required.  

Key Attributes 

• Be industrious, enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team
• Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
• Active listening and clear communication
• Be fully conversant with relevant software packages including AutoCad 
• Be a Part 3 Qualified, relevant experience working in the commercial sector, residential sector, office/co-working serctor, experience working on co-working/office projects and residential projects would be advantageous.
