The huge selection of games, shops and family fun activities provides something for everyone. Splashtown USA, the water park located at Funtown is available for your refreshing pleasure and you will find the latest in water park technology.
Each year, Funtown Splashtown USA works to ensure the satisfaction of thousands of visitors, providing hours of fun, food, and excitement at our clean, well-maintained park. Because of our ability to please so many people, we've also become well known as an outstanding location for group, corporate, and family functions of all sizes.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Guest Interaction:
Greeting guests, taking orders, providing information, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Service and Support:
Serving food and drinks, handling reservations, and assisting with various tasks to meet guest needs.
Maintaining Cleanliness and Order:
Keeping the premises clean and tidy, ensuring proper maintenance, and restocking supplies.
Event Management:
Assisting with event setup, tear-down, and ensuring a smooth event experience.
Front-of-House Duties:
Taking payments, processing transactions, and handling customer inquiries.
Teamwork and Communication:
Working collaboratively with other staff members and communicating effectively with guests.
Essential Skills:
- Customer Service: Providing excellent service, handling complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
