We are currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join Siemens EDA Customer Support Analytics & Technology Operations team. In this dynamic role, you will use technology, data, and analytics to drive excellence across our global customer support organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Manipulate and analyze large datasets, to uncover trends and patterns.
• Build reports, dashboards, and other tools to help unlock actionable insights that support business decisions and operational efficiency, drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Collaborate with the global customer support team to understand their needs and develop solutions that improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Work closely with global and regional support managers to drive excellence and improve operational KPIs.
• Help with building and maintaining data systems and pipelines to streamline data storage, processing, and management.
• Design efficient data models and workflows aligned with analytical and business requirements.
• Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and to continuously improve our processes and offerings.

• BS/MS + at least 5 years of work experience in a related field such as Data Science, Data Analytics, or alike.
• Proven experience in translating complex data into actionable insights and applying those insights to drive operational excellence.
• Strong development skills with Python (including respective data manipulation libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc.) and SQL.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and platforms like Power BI.
• Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Familiarity with relational databases and cloud-based systems (e.g. AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a significant plus.
• Critical thinking and a problem-solving mentality.
• Excellent communication skills, experience communicating across cultures and seniority levels, ability to persuade and drive change.
• Advanced knowledge of English; both verbal and written.
