• Develop and implement training plans that support all aspects of customer care center operations.
• Identifying training needs and priorities through needs assessments, performance evaluations and stakeholder feedback.
• Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback to measure learning outcomes and make continuous improvements.

• Managing the training budget, resources, and logistics to ensure efficient and effective delivery of training programs.
Qualifications
About You
Education: Bachelor's degree of Engineering, business, or a related field
Experience: At least 3 - 6 years' experience in a similar role
Skills requirement:
• Proficiency using multiple training documentation and development tools.
• Project management skills: ability to set and meet deadlines.
• Should possess superior problem-solving skills and demonstrate creativity in resolution.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, including organizational and cultural shifts, is a must.
• Strong communications skills including exceptional writing ability.
