A SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC az alábbi pozícióban keres munkatársat dunavecsei gyárába: Supplier Development Engineer
Főbb feladatok:
• A minőségirányítási rendszer dokumentációjának kezelése, frissítése és fejlesztése.
• Belső auditok tervezése, lebonyolítása és nyomon követése; auditjelentések készítése.
• Külső auditokra való felkészülés koordinálása (pl. tanúsító, vevői vagy hatósági audit).
• Eltéréskezelési folyamatok (Non-Conformity, CAPA) koordinálása és dokumentálása.
• Minőségügyi KPI-ok nyomon követése, elemzése és riportálása a vezetőség felé.
• Folyamatfejlesztési projektek támogatása minőségügyi szempontból.
• Vevői reklamációk kivizsgálása és válaszadás a minőségügyi rendszer keretein belül.
• Oktatások szervezése és lebonyolítása a minőségirányítási rendszerrel kapcsolatban.
• Együttműködés a termeléssel, mérnökséggel és beszerzéssel a minőség javítása érdekében.
Elvárások:
• Felsőfokú műszaki vagy minőségügyi végzettség.
• Minőségirányítási rendszerek ismerete (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 előny).
• Legalább 2-3 év releváns tapasztalat gyártási környezetben.
• Auditálási tapasztalat (belső auditor képesítés előny).
• Jó problémamegoldó és analitikus készség.
• Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban.
• MS Office és minőségügyi szoftverek ismerete (pl. QMS, SAP, Minitab előny).
Előnyök:
• Lean Six Sigma ismeret v agy képesítés.
• Vevői minőségügyi kapcsolattartásban szerzett tapasztalat.
• FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP dokumentációk ismerete.
