Sr. Manager: Indirect Procurement Process and System project manager
Mission
This role is responsible for ensuring the effective design, implementation, and enhancement of Coupa and digitization solutions. It serves as a critical bridge between procurement business needs and system capabilities, driving process efficiency, data quality, and successful system adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Coupa S2P modules, including system configuration, workflow design, and issue resolution
- Own and support end-to-end procurement process activities for Coupa-related changes, ensuring system stability and business continuity
- Analyze procurement processes and operations data to identify improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions

- Requirement gathering and solution design
- Test and Go-live planning and execution
- User training and change management
Key Contributions
- Acts as a central escalation point in IP for system and process issues, reducing downtime and business disruptions
- Ensures Coupa P2P system reliability and process efficiency
- Drive the implementation of control measures and other new features at process and system level
- Drives user adoption and change activities via effective WalkMe/Coupa solutions and structured training
- Provides data-driven insights, improving compliance and transparency
Business Impact
- Direct impact on Global IP P2P platform reliability, especially with Coupa P2P and Contract processes
- Direct impact on Global IP user experience, especially with key stakeholders and escalations
- Enables scalable and standardized procurement operations across regions and teams
- Reduces operational risk by ensuring practical solutioning, robust testing and control, and effective change management
Skills & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Coupa (especially S2P modules) or similar procurement systems
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and data structures
- Proven ability in business analysis and problem-solving
- Experience in project management and change management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
