Key Responsibilities

  • Influence specifications for electrical distribution systems in collaboration with design firms, engineering consultants, and specifiers.
  • Provide technical guidance on Schneider Electric's electrical distribution portfolio, including Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), and Power Management Systems.
  • Develop and formalize proposals that meet project requirements and sustainability goals.
  • Monitor competitor solutions and share insights to strengthen our value proposition.
  • Support adoption of innovative tools and processes that improve efficiency for specifiers and consultants.
  • Drive the energy transition and lead the transformation of design firms in Spain, aligning with Schneider Electric's vision for sustainable and digital solutions.

Technical Competencies
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of electrical distribution systems, including MV/LV switchgear, protection devices, and power monitoring.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards and certifications (IEC, ISO 50001, LEED, etc.).
  • Understanding of digital technologies for electrical systems (IoT, connectivity, cybersecurity basics).
  • Communication Protocols: Knowledge of Modbus, IEC 61850, and other common protocols for electrical and automation systems.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers in a consultative manner.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment between specifiers, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Structured, process-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
