Key Responsibilities
- Influence specifications for electrical distribution systems in collaboration with design firms, engineering consultants, and specifiers.
- Provide technical guidance on Schneider Electric's electrical distribution portfolio, including Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), and Power Management Systems.
- Develop and formalize proposals that meet project requirements and sustainability goals.
- Monitor competitor solutions and share insights to strengthen our value proposition.
- Support adoption of innovative tools and processes that improve efficiency for specifiers and consultants.
- Drive the energy transition and lead the transformation of design firms in Spain, aligning with Schneider Electric's vision for sustainable and digital solutions.

Technical Competencies
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Solid knowledge of electrical distribution systems, including MV/LV switchgear, protection devices, and power monitoring.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and certifications (IEC, ISO 50001, LEED, etc.).
- Understanding of digital technologies for electrical systems (IoT, connectivity, cybersecurity basics).
- Communication Protocols: Knowledge of Modbus, IEC 61850, and other common protocols for electrical and automation systems.
Other Required Competencies
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers in a consultative manner.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment between specifiers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Structured, process-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Motivated to work in dynamic environments and tackle complex challenges.
