O pozícii
Hľadáme proaktívneho a analyticky orientovaného kolegu, ktorý bude podporovať obchodné aktivity v oblasti priemyselnej automatizácie. Pozícia kombinuje obchodnú podporu, prácu s dátami, CRM systémami, analýzu trhu a marketingové aktivity.
Úspešný kandidát bude úzko spolupracovať s obchodno-technickým tímom, podieľať sa na identifikácii nových obchodných príležitostí, sledovaní výkonnosti zákazníkov a podporovať marketingové kampane zamerané na rozvoj predaja v priemyselných segmentoch.
Hlavné zodpovednosti
Analýza trhu a zákazníkov
- Monitorovanie a vyhodnocovanie trhového potenciálu vybraných segmentov a zákazníkov.
- Identifikácia nových obchodných príležitostí a perspektívnych zákazníkov.
- Sledovanie vývoja trhu, konkurencie a trendov v oblasti priemyselnej automatizácie.
- Príprava analýz a odporúčaní pre obchodný tím a manažment.
- Vyhodnocovanie výkonu zákazníkov a sledovanie obchodných výsledkov.
- Aktívna práca s CRM systémom (Salesforce alebo ekvivalent).
- Správa, aktualizácia a zvyšovanie kvality zákazníckych dát.
- Tvorba reportov, dashboardov a prehľadov pre obchodný tím.
- Sledovanie pipeline, obchodných príležitostí a kľúčových ukazovateľov výkonnosti.
- Podpora obchodníkov pri správe účtov a obchodných príležitostí.
- Spolupráca s obchodníkmi, aplikačnými inžiniermi a produktovými špecialistami.
- Príprava podkladov pre obchodné stretnutia a zákaznícke prezentácie.
- Podpora pri tvorbe obchodných plánov a rozvoji zákazníkov.
- Koordinácia interných aktivít medzi obchodom, marketingom a technickými tímami.
- Príprava marketingových materiálov, prezentácií, prípadových štúdií a referencií.
- Spolupráca na realizácii kampaní zameraných na priemyselných zákazníkov.
- Podpora organizácie odborných podujatí, workshopov, webinárov a zákazníckych stretnutí.
- Vyhodnocovanie úspešnosti marketingových aktivít a kampaní.
- Spolupráca s marketingovým tímom pri tvorbe komunikačných aktivít.

Požadované znalosti a skúsenosti
Vzdelanie
- Študent/študentka vysokej školy - ekonomického, technického alebo marketingového smeru.
- Skúsenosti v oblasti obchodnej podpory, marketingu, analýzy dát alebo CRM systémov sú výhodou.
- Znalosť priemyselného prostredia alebo technických produktov je vítaná.
- Výborné analytické myslenie a práca s dátami.
- Pokročilá znalosť MS Excel a PowerPoint.
- Skúsenosti s CRM systémami (Salesforce výhodou).
- Schopnosť pripravovať reporty, analýzy a prezentácie.
- Dobré komunikačné a organizačné schopnosti.
- Anglický jazyk na komunikatívnej úrovni.
- Samostatný a proaktívny prístup.
- Schopnosť pracovať s detailom aj s väčším obrazom.
- Ochota učiť sa nové veci a rozvíjať sa.
- Tímový hráč so silnými komunikačnými schopnosťami.
- Záujem o obchod, marketing a moderné technológie.
- Kvalita a aktuálnosť údajov v CRM systéme.
- Presnosť a využiteľnosť obchodných a trhových analýz.
- Efektívna podpora obchodného tímu.

For this Slovakia based position, the expected pay range is EUR 7 per month gross. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (individual and/or collective). The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within Slovakia. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
