Site Safety Leader

Join us as a Site Safety Leader and help foster a strong safety culture across our operations. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, drive risk prevention initiatives, support transformation projects, and contribute to employee well-being and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with legal and corporate H&S requirements.
- Maintain safety documentation, risk assessments, training records, and contractor safety plans.
- Drive safety action plans and continuously improve the ISO 45001 Safety Management System.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and maintain Business Continuity Plans.
Operational Safety & Risk Management
- Provide H&S support for industrial and transformation projects.
- Lead accident investigations and root cause analyses.
- Monitor safety performance, KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support emergency response and workplace risk reduction initiatives.
Governance & Emergency Preparedness
- Facilitate safety committee meetings and compliance activities.
- Organize emergency drills and crisis simulations.
- Coordinate first aid and fire response teams.
- Manage regulatory documentation related to workplace incidents.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with site leadership, HR, Occupational Health, and Security teams.
- Coordinate safety representatives and share best practices.
- Support organizational transformation projects from an H&S perspective.
- Act as the key liaison with national safety leadership.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Health & Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Health & Safety management or industrial operations.
- ISO 45001 knowledge and strong understanding of H&S regulations.
- English proficiency (minimum B2).
- Strong digital and IT skills.
