Services Project Execution Specialist

What will you do?
- Lead execution of Field Services projects in accordance with Schneider Electric governance and processes.
- Manage complete project lifecycle from handover to closure.
- Coordinate engineering, planning, procurement, contracts and field service resources.
- Act as primary customer contact during project execution.
- Monitor schedule, cost, cash flow, revenue and gross margin performance.
- Identify risks and manage variation orders and change requests.
- Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Lead project reviews, reporting and lessons learned activities.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Systems or related field.
- Experience in project management, service operations or field services.
- Knowledge of MV/LV power distribution, UPS or critical power solutions.
- Strong project planning, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Fluent English communication.
