The Senior Technical Trainer I (Digital Learning & AI Enablement Specialist) designs, develops, and delivers training programs that improve employee capability, digital fluency, and AI adoption across the organization. This role combines instructional design, content development, knowledge management, and digital enablement to create scalable learning solutions that accelerate onboarding, competency development, and operational excellence.

What will you do?

  • Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning programs.


  • Create presentations, videos, job aids, SOPs, FAQs, microlearning modules, and assessments.


  • Convert recurring business questions into scalable learning resources.


  • Drive AI and digital tool adoption across the organization.


  • Develop training on AI literacy, prompt engineering, automation, and digital workflows.


  • Develop competency frameworks, learning paths, and skills assessments.


  • Partner with SMEs to capture and scale knowledge.


  • Maintain SharePoint-based knowledge repositories and training resources.


  • Measure training effectiveness and business impact through analytics and feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in a related field.


  • 3-5+ years in training, instructional design, or learning and development.


  • Experience delivering instructor-led and digital learning solutions.


  • Experience with AI tools, knowledge management, and SME collaboration.


Technical Skills

  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Lists, OneNote, Excel, Power Automate, Copilot).


  • Generative AI and prompt engineering.


  • Articulate, Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar tools.


  • Learning analytics, assessment design, and multimedia content creation.


  • Knowledge management and process documentation.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
