Senior Sales Excellence Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Processing: Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources.

ü Data Visualization: Develop summary reports using Tableau and Excel for clear and actionable insights.

ü Data Tool Development: Design and implement user-friendly data tools to support operational and management decision-making.

ü Provide periodical business reports on sales data flow including monthly sellin report, Sellin rolling forecast, Sellout and Stock reports, etc.

ü To support business achievement, develop and optimize internal management process which aligned with actual needs and environment.

ü AD-HOC requirements from management team.

资格

Job Specification:

ü Bachelor or above. Major in Statistic.

ü At least 3 years of business analysis experience in a multinational organization.

ü Proficiency in Data analysis tools: Python and MySQL.

ü Proficiency in Data visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI.

ü Excellent in Excel/Word/PPT.
