Senior Principal, AI Product Manager
Role Overview
Schneider Electric's AI Hub within Schneider Digital is advancing how artificial intelligence is incorporated into digital products that solve real customer challenges across energy, sustainability, and industrial automation.
In this role, you will lead the development of customer-facing AI capabilities from idea through delivery and operation. You will work across business teams, customers, AI specialists, and product engineering teams to identify high-value opportunities, translate them into product direction, and bring new AI capabilities to life.

- Own AI capabilities from ideation and prioritization through development, delivery, and operation.
- Define product direction, priorities, roadmaps, and user experience for the AI capabilities you own.
- Evaluate customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for new or enhanced AI capabilities.
- Partner with Schneider Electric Lines of Business, customers, AI solution teams, and product engineering teams to translate opportunities into deliverable solutions.
- Build and work closely with cross-functional Agile squads to deliver AI capabilities through iterative development.
- Represent the voice of the customer throughout product development and prioritization.
- Support the successful launch and adoption of AI capabilities in partnership with relevant business teams.
- Collaborate with partners, system integrators, technology providers, and other participants within the broader technology ecosystem.
