Within the HMI (Human Machine Interface) business, the Offer Marketing team is responsible for managing product information, supporting digital customer experiences, enabling business growth, and driving operational excellence across global markets.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support marketing operations, digital content management, business reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

This position offers hands-on experience working with global teams while gaining exposure to product marketing, digital tools, AI-enabled productivity solutions, and business analytics.

  1. Product Information Management (PIM) - Support the management and maintenance of product information throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining product information in Schneider Electric's Product Information Management (PIM) platform
  • Supporting product launches and lifecycle updates
  • Managing product commercialization status updates and product phase-out activities
  • Improving product data accuracy, completeness, and quality
  • Supporting product information enrichment projects


  1. Website Localization & Digital Content Operations - Support digital content deployment and localization activities across multiple countries and regions.
  • Preparing content for translation using Schneider Electric translation tools
  • Coordinating translation review and proofreading activities with local marketing teams
  • Consolidating feedback from country stakeholders
  • Supporting content publication and maintenance activities in Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Assisting with website content updates for Pro-face digital platforms


  1. Business Intelligence & Sales Reporting - Support the creation and maintenance of business performance reporting.

  1. AI & Process Improvement - Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency through digitalization and AI.
  • Exploring opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI tools
  • Supporting workflow optimization projects
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation
  • Identifying and implementing operational efficiency improvements


  1. Cross-functional Operations Support - Support coordination activities across Offer Marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Supporting product launch readiness activities
  • Assisting with project coordination across regions and functions
  • Preparing materials for internal business reviews and meetings
  • Tracking action items and supporting project follow-up activities


Required
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • English


Preferred
  • Interest in Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytical tools
  • Interest in AI and digital transformation
  • English communication skills
  • Experience working with digital content or data management is a plus
  • Basic Web contents creation knowledge
