We are looking for a Regional Supply Planner to make an impact!

About the Role (Mission)

The mission of the Regional Supply Planner is to run Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) execution, upload forecast at reference level in ERP for execution. This includes planning strategic inventory, ensuring demand/supply balance, managing Import & Export Flow and Supply Risk Alerts.

What will you do?

  1. Run Distribution Requirement Planning(Products X DCs) and upload the forecast at reference level in ERP for execution at all nodes.
  2. Ensure right balance of demand / supply - Manage Import & Export Flow
  3. Define & Update Replenishment Strategy & Supply Chain Parameters
  4. Plan & ensure inventory ramp up / down linked to strategic inventory, industrial transfers, commercial event, NPI/EOL projects
  5. Ensure the compliance with stocking policy guidelines
  6. Ensure the compliance with the Network Modelling guidelines
  7. Identify Circular Supply Chain opportunities & ensure execution
  8. Prepare E2E Supply Review & Escalate Manufacturing Supply Risk Alerts in SIOP
  9. Prepare what-if simulation to propose scenario on Growth impact and recovery plan
  10. Active participation in O2, Industrial Transfer, Network Modelling, Transport Optimization


What qualifications will be make you successful?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business
  • Minimum 5 years in multi-country planning role and driving cash efficiency and in SC Planning Enviroment
  • Strong experience in planning plant activities
  • Creative and analytical in probleme solving
  • Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
  • Strong language & communication
  • Criteria of performance includes OTD / Distribution Forecast accuracy / Inventory / UHS / Cost to serve
