Project and Test Engineering Intern

What will you do?:

As a Project and Test Engineering Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of product and test equipment transfer projects across manufacturing sites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, technical readiness, and documentation compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support project managers and engineering teams in coordinating product and test equipment transfers between manufacturing locations.
• Track project timelines, action items, risks, and deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Assist in the creation, update, and maintenance of technical documentation, work instructions, qualifications, and engineering records.
• Support test engineering activities including equipment setup, troubleshooting, validation, and deployment.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and document best practices to ensure technical readiness at receiving sites.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and Test Engineering teams to support project execution.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting of project progress and key performance indicators.
• Support engineering change implementation and document control activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on transfer processes, test coverage, and operational efficiency.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project-related tracking tools.

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop technical and project management skills.
• English communication skills sufficient to participate in technical discussions and documentation reviews.

This position reports directly to the Technical Antenna Manager. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with stakeholders from:

This is an individual contributor internship role with significant exposure to cross-functional teams and leadership. The position offers the opportunity to influence project execution while building technical and professional competencies in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:
• Electronic Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Industrial Engineering with technical focus
• Related Engineering disciplines
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Graduating in December 2027 or later.
• Availabity to work in the mornings (100% on site)
• Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical measurements, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with programming languages Labview.
• Understanding of engineering documentation and technical drawings is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, test systems, automation, or product development processes is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or data analysis tools is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in team-oriented environments.
• Availability to complete the internship program according to business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience through academic projects involving electronics design, automation, data acquisition, or test systems.
• Exposure to project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement concepts.
• Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, or data acquisition systems.
