What will you do?
We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join the Schneider Electric team. The Plant specializes in Standard & Engineering to Order (ETO) solutions within the Secure Power Division, focusing primarily on prefabricated data centers and power modules for the Data Center sector.
The ideal candidate:
- A natural leader with experience managing and developing multiple teams in a Job type manufacturing setting, ideally with prior experience in prefabricated modular systems, data centers, or related industries.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimizing production efficiency, quality, and safety while ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- A passion for driving process improvements using lean manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma, or other best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality departments, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.
- Strong data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed adjustments to processes.
- A deep commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the ability to adapt to changing production demands while maintaining team morale and meeting business objectives.

Description:
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing multiple team leaders who manages operators (internal and external subcontractors) engaged in the mechanical and electrical installations. Your role will involve ensuring that all team leaders are fully aware of the technical characteristics of each project while providing support to resolve any questions or issues that arise, either directly or by coordinating with engineering support. You will collaborate with various departments linked to production, including Engineering, Project Management, Warehouse (Materials Management), Industrialization, Quality and Health & Safety with a strong focus on maintaining order and cleanliness within the plant, as well as ensuring the safety and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
- Interpretation and executions of 2D and 3D plans.
- Minimum 8 years of supervisory role experience managing multiple team leaders/members
- Good Communicator along with English and Local Language proficiency.
