Join us as a Procurement Productivity Leader and take ownership of initiatives that drive efficiency and value across the organization. You'll lead digital transformation projects, manage budgets, and collaborate with teams to deliver results that matter.
What will you do?
- Design & Animate a Robust Annual CoS/QVE Productivity Program per Product Range or Per Plant arrang
ing with Stakeholders to bring innovation.
• Animate a Matrix Team at Product Range level building the network with the plant different teams,
Change Owners & LoB.
• Put in place strong Governance, Workshops & Events per Product Range & follow up on results &
action plan with monthly & quarterly reporting. - Ensures enough ideas in the pipe & Accelerate the Execution of QVE & CoS ideas driving improvement in
Cost reflected in both OG Productivity Figures & Consolidated Standard Cost (CSC) of SE Product Ranges
to be in coherence with both product range objectives and plants.
• Review with Line of Business (LoB) , Program Productivity Leaders (PPL) , Offer Technical Leader the dif
ferent Technical Impact Analysis (TIA) & Part Validation Plan (PVP) ensuring simplification of the Qualifi
cation Plan.
• Link & Calculate the Impact of OG Productivity with OG DVCM cost driving a competitive CSC Evolution
for the Product Ranges of his/her Scope
• Build, deploy and maintain operational reports and dashboards at Product Range Level for Technical
Productivity.
• Drive simplification and standardization of the Qualification Plan with the different stakeholders (LoB,
MVO, Quality ...etc.)

- Project Planning - intermediate level; creating detailed timelines and resource plans for complex initiatives
- Risk Management - intermediate level; identifying and mitigating project risks before they impact delivery
- Procurement Process - intermediate level; applying procurement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
- Digital Literacy - intermediate level; using digital tools to streamline project execution and reporting
