PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for the development and testing of PLC software 负责 PLC 软件的开发和测试工作

Responsible for writing software design documents and interface manuals; 负责撰写软件设计文档和接口说明书 ;

Improve existing software development and validation processes; 完善现有的软件开发和验证流程 ;

Responsible for maintaining the user manual 负责维护用户手册

Responsible for the design of special orders 负责特殊订单的设计

Responsible for the platform design of PLC software 负责 PLC 软件平台化设计

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES

以下条件为必须

• 能够独立完成中压变频器的 PLC 功能程序的编写和相关的文档和指导手册的编写和维护
Capable of independently writing PLC functional programs for MVD, as well as writing and maintaining related documents and instruction manuals

• 根据客户需求明确 系统的功能和软件接口数据协议

Clarify the system's functions and software interface protocol based on customer requirements

• 熟练掌握 T 型图的设计可以独立完成 PLC 的开发和测试

Proficient in designing T-shaped diagrams. Independently complete the development and testing of PLC

• 熟练掌握 ST 语言可以使用 ST 或 SCL 语言编程 设计 PLC 逻辑并完成验证

Proficient in designing with ST or SCL language .

• 可以独立完成或者组织软件需求评审并编写设计文档

Independently complete or organize software requirement reviews and write design documents.

要求能看懂电气图纸可以根据电气图纸完成设计

• 可以对现有软件出现的 bug 进行失效原因分析并给出改进方案完成 8D 报告

Analyze the causes of existing software bugs and provide improvement solutions, and complete an 8D report.

• 可以积极主动的完善现有的软件开发流程和测试流程

Actively improve the existing software development and testing processes.

以下条件为非必须条件

• 熟悉 DSP CPLD FPGA 的芯片使用可以独立完成寄存器配置和单元模块的功能开发 PWM 发波通讯诊断等

Familiar with the use of DSP, CPLD, FPGA chips, able to independently complete register configuration and unit module functional development (PWM wave generation, communication, diagnosis, etc.).

资格

1 本科及以上学历电气工程及其自动化自控机电一体化计算机等相关专业

2 5 年以上经验有丰富的自动化行业从业经验在客户现场担任过主程序员

3 具有使用 ABB 西门子或施耐德等一种或多种 PLC 的丰富经验能够同时使用梯形图和 ST 或 SCL 语言编程

4. 具备良好的沟通能力能与客户独立完成需求文档编制需求确认及验收文档的编写工作

5. 具备项目基本管理的能力能制定项目计划按时推进项目执行过程中及时解决遇到的问题

6 能够开发嵌入式设备和上位机的软件接口具有 C 语言或者 C# 语言开发经验的优先
