Onsite Project Manager

What will you do?
- Lead the process from order to cash in each project:
- Lead the execution Kick Off between Sales, Systems Engineers, Quoting Team and Service Team
- Be in contact with customers and other stakeholders to define the execution plan and follow-up.
- Control of the suppliers on site, visiting the customer site
- Coordinate with internal department to get the correct resources to execute the project
- Coordinate with Health and Safety department to be sure the execution is sure for our people but also for customer
- Coordinate with logistic supplier the deliveries
- Coordinate with assembly supplier the job on site
- Be the single point of contact between SE and customer during the execution of the project
- Define when the project will be invoiced
- Be the single point of contact with the resto of organization: Finance, VPs, Customer Satisfaction, ...
- Participate on definition of the offer to be sent to customer
- Be part of the project team, representing execution and logistics
- Write the technical specifications to select the supplier for each project.
- Participate in the supplier selection: pricing & skills
- Lead the Tax part, if needed
- Control of margin during the execution
- During the kick off meeting obtain the correct margin
- Follow the deviation in each activity
- Suggest and/or find improvements in each area
- Document the margin at the end of the project
- Participate on the follow up meeting of each project with VPs
- Inform about the deviations
- Lead the change order process during all execution
- Analyze the rentability of each line of products
- From the delta margin analysis, work with Finance and Product Manager to deliver feedback about selling price positioning
- Work with Finances to validate the upstream from another intragroup plants
- Deliver feedback to all organization
- When a project is closed, define and communicate the lessons to be learned from this project

- Participate on delivering the backlog burning at the beginning of every month
- Help to the rest of Order Management team in special process and new products
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Mechanical Engineer or high knowledge in cooling systems
- English mandatory
- Previous knowledge about Project Management or supervision of subcontractors
- Well Organized
- Hard skills on negotiation
- High resistance to stress
- Be able to talk to different organization levels
