Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
1. Generate business from retail segments for assigned areas from various sub-dealers, electricians and other stake holders of Chennai branch.

2. Manage and generate business form Channel partners' performance and switchgear sales for Chennai Branch.

3. Achieve individual targets assigned as per the allocation of customer list.

4. Conduct sales promotional activities and brand visibility programs at assigned area/territory.

Key Competencies:

1. Good technical knowledge in Switchgear and BBT products
2. Application based product selection and recommendation to customers
3. Good communication skills
   1. Sales competency
