Job Responsibilities
Part of the Global Performance Excellence & Performance Management Team within Service Operations, the Manager I, Project Management plays a critical role in driving the excellence, functional accuracy, and global deployment of our core digital service tools and business intelligence dashboards.
You will act as the bridge between global business stakeholders and development teams-validating tool enhancements, conducting rigorous data quality testing in DEV environments, and ensuring our global reporting ecosystems run flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Services Line of Business (LoB) Tools & Project Management
- Support global Services Tools leaders in the end-to-end development, sprint planning, and user testing of digital service tools.
- Coordinate deployment and rollout plans with Regional Service Operations teams.
- Services BI Tools & Global Dashboards
- Drive global development, quality assurance, and deployment of Services BI tools and executive dashboards (including Master Planning, Service Performance, Utilization, S&OP, Finance BI, and Services Backlog Intelligence).
- Collaborate with development teams to review sprint progress, manage roadmap priorities, and validate functional builds in DEV environments.
- Quality Assurance, Testing & Data Integrity
- Validate user backlog stories by conducting hands-on functional testing in DEV environments prior to production release approvals.
- Extract and manipulate bFO / bFS / system data using SQL and Excel to perform formula audits and verify dashboard calculation accuracy.
- Proactively identify data inconsistencies or system bugs in DEV before they impact production end-users.
- Track project requirements, bug resolutions, and backlog issues directly with development units.
- Global Deployment & User Adoption
- Develop comprehensive training documentation and deliver user enablement sessions across regions, zones, and countries.
- Foster and engage the global Service BI user community while tracking system adoption and usage compliance.
Job Qualifications:
Education & Certification:
- Master's Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
- PMP Certification is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project management and service environments (EPC, Engineering, Equipment Execution, or Services Operations).
- Proven track record in process improvement, value chain analysis, and digital tools development.
- Demonstrated experience executing customer projects/services in a global or multi-cultural corporate environment.

- Data & Reporting Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced calculations), SQL query execution, and BI reporting tools (Tableau / Power BI).
- Services Tools Familiarity: Knowledge or experience with CRM/ERP service tools such as bFO (Salesforce) and bFS.
- Testing & QA: Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), sprint validations, and bug tracking in software DEV environments.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) to convey complex technical concepts to global stakeholders.
- Demonstrated agility and transformational leadership skills to manage multi-stakeholder priorities under tight timelines.
