Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Onsite Support Specialist primarily based at our Gümligen location. In this role, you will provide hands-on IT support for workplace and infrastructure services, including network connectivity. You will also be available to travel on demand to our other SE-sites to ensure seamless IT operations across multiple locations.

- Deliver competent and customer-focused 2nd-level support for users on-site and at other locations when required, proactively identifying IT-related issues and ensuring effective resolution
- Manage and document incidents and service requests using our ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Prepare and deploy IT equipment, including regular PC refresh cycles, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate asset tracking
- Provide 'Hands & Eyes' support for central service teams, particularly for servers, networking, and connectivity
- Support technical operations during key events such as annual meetings, board sessions, and training sessions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT service processes by reviewing workflows and implementing best practices
Your Profile:
- Completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in end-user support
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Android, and iOS
- Knowledge of SCCM, MS Intune, and Active Directory
- Strong service orientation and good consulting skills
- Initiative, autonomous, and solution-oriented working style
- Mobility and a valid Class B driver's license (occasional travel required)
- Fluent in German, good English skills; French would be an asset
