Integration (Electronic and Mechanical) Engineering - Senior Professional

Overview:
We primarily focus on the design and development of industrial and factory automation (FA) HMI products and industrial PCs (iPCs).

We are currently seeking individuals to engage in the design and development of enclosures for these HMI products.

What will you do?

  • As a member of the project team, you will proactively propose and develop solutions for HMI product development, contributing to the success of the project.
  • Translate requirement specifications into technical specifications, and using dedicated tools (3D/2D CAD, PDM tools), simulation software, drawing rules, tolerance analysis, and domestic/international standards, create product designs, drawings, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) in line with customer expectations and supply chain constraints.
  • Execute design verification plans and tests, analyze results, and prepare test reports.
  • Provide technical support for mass production after design completion.
  • Handle changes to existing products through quality improvement, customization, QVE (Quality Value Engineering), and EOL (End of Life) processes.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Over 3 years of experience in mechanical design in the following areas:
    • Mechanical design in electromechanical system development.
    • Requirement definition, feasibility analysis, and proposing solutions that meet customer needs in cross-functional (project) teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in 3D/2D CAD (e.g., Creo Parametric), with experience in designing plastic, metal stamping, and die-cast products. Familiarity with tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor, Creo (formerly Pro-Engineer).
  • Ability to operate general measuring instruments required for development, such as calipers, height gauges, micrometers, and force gauges.
